These terms describe the basic conditions that apply when using the Timimi website or placing an order through it.

We aim to keep product descriptions, images, prices and stock information accurate. Small differences in colour or appearance may occur because of screens, photography and the handmade nature of some products.
Products are subject to availability. Timimi may correct an obvious pricing, stock or description error before accepting or fulfilling an order.
2. Orders
Submitting an order sends Timimi your request to purchase the listed items. An order is subject to product availability and the information supplied during checkout being complete and accurate.
Timimi may contact you if an item is unavailable, an option cannot be supplied, or additional information is needed to fulfil the order.
3. Payment
The current checkout offers Bank Transfer / MCB Juice. Orders using this method remain awaiting payment until payment has been received and identified.
Customers should use the order reference supplied in the order confirmation when making payment.
4. Delivery and pickup
Delivery charges, free-delivery thresholds and available pickup options are shown during checkout and on the Delivery Information page. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside Timimi’s reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.
5. Returns
Returns are handled according to Timimi’s published Return Policy. If you receive a faulty item or the wrong product, contact Timimi before returning it and keep the item unused with its original packaging and tags.
6. Website content and intellectual property
Timimi branding, product photography, written content, graphics and other original website materials may not be copied, republished or used commercially without permission, except where applicable law permits such use.
7. Website availability
We work to keep the website available and accurate, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. The site may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades or technical issues.
